Expert Billing Services

Our experience is that 80%-85% of telecommunications invoices contain billing errors, with the majority of these errors in the carrier’s favor. To identify billing errors, MBG provides the following services that are incorporated into our telemanagement solutions suite:

• Auditing: The billing process begins with an audit of a client’s current networks and carriers. Carrier service records and bills are collected and are validated. Pertinent information includes services by vendor and by client location, inventory, cost centers associated with distribution of payment, etc. Invoices are reconciled against line inventory as well as contracted and/or tariff rates. An analysis to uncover cost savings opportunities will begin here.
  
  
• Invoice Processing & Payment: MBG is able to process data in any format (paper, electronic) from any carrier to provide a centralized invoice. This requires understanding the different data feeds and creating the appropriate fields. MBG’s skilled professionals analyze the data, identify line items for dispute or payment, and implement a system for timely payment processing and rapid dispute resolution.
  
  
• Vendor Credit Negotiation and Tracking: Invoices are prepared and submitted for approval and payment. Credits due are tracked through carrier receipt. Recommendations for consolidation of services and optimization of telecom spending are raised and discussed with the client.  The ability to dispute charges has been built directly into MBG’s Invoice Processing solution.

Wireless Cost Management

MBG offers a customized solution for managing any or all of your wireless needs. Our client experience enables us to provide the right combination of end-user support, vendor management, and client payment coordination:

• Provide problem resolution support (Levels 1, 2 and/or 3)
