Based on our experience, some organizations prefer to be closely involved in the analytic and strategic aspects of their telecom services and outsource the more mundane requirements, such as data processing and auditing. MBG works with each client to determine what level of co-sourcing best aligns with its business structure. And over time, as your requirements change, your level of involvement can be adjusted accordingly.
