MBG Extends eBonding Capabilities with Addition of
Verizon Business

Continued commitment to eBonding provides MBG clients with enhanced provisioning services and strengthens Next Generation Telecom Expense Management Solution

New York, NY, October 24, 2006 - MBG Expense Management, a leading telecom expense management provider for Global 2000 companies, announced an interface for clients that provides eBonding capabilities with Verizon Business.  MBG clients that utilize Verizon Business telecom services can now directly order and change services in the MBG system through an eBonding gateway.  Once the order has been placed the integrated MBG telecom expense management platform will automatically update the clients’ inventory.  This announcement supplements MBG’s existing eBonding ties with AT&T.

eBonding utilizes an XML gateway that enables clients to directly provision telecom services with a carrier through the integrated MBG telecom expense management platform.  This capability eliminates the need to manually place orders, and provides a vehicle for maintaining an accurate, real-time inventory.  For companies that have other automated requisition systems in place (ex. Remedy),   MBG integrates with these systems to create a unified interface for all telecom and data services management.

“MBG has extensive experience with eBonding interfaces which we view as the future for how organizations will order and track telecom services,” says Michael B. Greenspan, CEO of MBG Expense Management.  “We are excited to be working with Verizon Business to provide this eBonding interface for our clients.  Not only does this shorten the cycle time associated with ordering and changing services, but it also allows companies to maintain an accurate inventory of the services they are using to validate invoices,” continues Greenspan.  “As other leading carriers announce availability of eBonding gateways, MBG is committed to being first to market with integrating these enhanced capabilities.”

“These new eBonding capabilities streamline operations for enterprises and Verizon. Aberdeen has found less than one third of the market has adopted provisioning technology. These direct provisioning capabilities will drive adoption making this a winning offering and “must have capability” to complete full lifecycle management for telecom cost management,” stated Joe Basili, research director, Aberdeen Group.

MBG Expense Management provides a complete end-to-end enterprise solution that provides total visibility to an organization’s telecom and IT spend, along with serving as a platform to order and chargeback costs to dedicated cost centers.  Clients have the option to utilize MBG as a complete outsourced solution to manage telecom and IT expenses or as an on-demand solution, utilizing MBG’s integrated hosted applications to manage and control telecom and IT costs.
